These Jammer Arms are suitable for the Titanium USA Goliath Series Functional Smith Machines, and models.
They are designed so you can easily and safely perform pushing (Chest Press, Shoulder Press etc) and pulling movements (Seated Row, Upright Rows etc ).
They provide users with four hand positions and can be set to multiple heights. They are also very easy to add or remove during training.
